The Process

How We Work

Any qualified person may be nominated by others, or may nominate themselves. We believe leadership should be open to all who are ready to serve the Nation.

Any qualified person may be nominated by others, or may nominate themselves. We believe leadership should be open to all who are ready to serve the Nation.

Because this process includes current members, past members, and affiliates, we create full accountability. If a nominee has a history of wrongdoing within the Universal Zulu Nation, those with knowledge are encouraged to come forward with that information.

About This Process

How We Nominate and Elect the New Governing Body of the Universal Zulu Nation

WeThePeopleUZN.com is built on transparency, accountability, and the voice of the people. This is how the process works, from nomination to governance:

1. Nominations

Any qualified person may be nominated by others, or may nominate themselves. We believe leadership should be open to all who are ready to serve the Nation.

2. Candidate Videos

Once nominated, each candidate will submit a video no longer than 6 minutes. In the video, the nominee must:

Clearly explain their qualifications to lead

State what they will do if elected to improve and uplift the Universal Zulu Nation

These videos will be posted publicly on the site for all to view.

3. Community Review & Accountability

Because this process includes current members, past members, and affiliates, we create full accountability. If a nominee has a history of wrongdoing within the Universal Zulu Nation, those with knowledge are encouraged to come forward with that information.

All facts and concerns will be visible to the community. Together, we will decide whether a nominee should continue in the process.

4. Public Questions & Concerns

Under each candidate’s video, members, affiliates, and supporters may:

Ask direct questions

Share concerns or feedback

Nominees are required to answer all questions and address all concerns publicly. This ensures open dialogue and no one is elected without facing the people.

5. Voting

Once the campaign period ends, voting begins. All eligible members will cast their votes through this platform. Results will be tallied and posted publicly to maintain full transparency.

6. New Governing Body & Real-Time Connection

Once elected, the new governing body will use the Message Board here on WeThePeopleZN.com.

This Message Board is a real-time connection between leadership and the Nation worldwide. Members can post concerns, ideas, and issues. The governing body will see them as they come in and can begin addressing them directly.

This ensures leadership stays accountable and connected to the people — not just during elections, but every day after.
